Laborers need not be beggars.  Power balances work in economic issues, in all exchanges of influence.

The over supply of warm bodies able to do basic labor is a condition simply reflective of carnal, Darwinian law.  Limited resources and circumstance require that paid labor be offered at the lowest price sustainable as that is the world.  Those with access to the control of labor are offering work they cannot do alone to those who are able to help them.  They have a claim on resource and function and wish to maximize efficiency.  They have created, enhanced, fell into positions that have allowed for the creation, movement, exercise of goods and services to a needful public.  There is achievement there.  There is a position of power there.  There is the bargaining position of the marketplace there.  With the individual laborer the power lies with those who offer the desire for use of labor unless he or she who offers to give labor gives an advantage in return.  Bargaining.

Interchangeable labor has no bargaining position save that of any inconvenience of replacement.  There is no protection other than what may possibly be legally enforced.

Unions, guilds etc are bargaining units, corporations of labor.  Power balances become existent.  Attempted equability in negotiation, circumstance may be put into the dynamic.  Power may skew from one side to the other as labor and or management each may vie to run  or ruin the game.

War lords, gang lords, pimps, sadists, attack dogs  ….. the needed skills to survive the future of less and none.

Everyone is worried about the vast and tawdry skills gap that is making it impossible for normal everyday people to gain gainful employment, worthy survival going forward …. that is making it impossible to project forward the stability of families, the survival of adequately housed and fed folk listing from day to day, that is making it impossible to project forward hope to exhaustion as all try to find a life worth living.

Skills, skills skills.  Special, honed skills need be obtained by all everyday drones so that they can offer themselves as the very special products they need be, needed by industry, labor, less than middle management,think tanks and computer mavens.

Skills, skills, skills.  The future holds promise for skills, skills, skills.

With society flourishing, middle classes abundant, food, clothing and shelter available in nice pleasant ways ….. the organizing forces on the ground will be those who can settle tribes of seekers, tribes of mobs, tribes of rabble who wish what they have not …. survival.

Honor is fleeting, truth is a commodity to steal and tarnish, beauty is only selfish and love is of disdain.

Since the best amongst us wish all of our scalable work force to be judged rich and cantankerous by the standards of the world work force to which they belong …… since those best amongst us wish all of our scalable work force to realize that that for them, that work force, they are just part of a global whole, a global glut of workers and plodders who are just meshing and morphing into the lumps and standards that appeal to those who have no country, no allegiance, no constraints upon their powers as oligarchs and thugs and crooks and weasels and mafias of choice…….

Since the best amongst us are just parrying players in the global melt down …… competing interests and sneers ….. wishing all of our scalable work force and others to be available to be handled and bundled and hog tied and cornered by the winds of change, the trade winds, the wild winds, the dead winds of seeping cultural degeneration …..

Since the best amongst us wish all of our scalable work force to be judged rich and cantankerous by the standards of the world work force to which they belong …… tis of no wonder that they are happily taking in the seeping, smiling, luxuriant worldly corruption of all worlds, all places, all venues of base worldliness in this base worldliness world of ours.  Honor is fleeting, truth is a commodity to steal and tarnish, beauty is only selfish and love is of disdain.

Corruption is the color of thought, ideal, pleading, power, politics, speech, word.  It is the eternal grease …. just not looked down upon in any way, in any time in any venue any more.

A rising middle class serves not the prospects of those what got what they need and those what hate what is coming at ’em.

Social justice, societal awareness, intellectual curiosity are things that come riding low on the fervent horsebacks of a charging and developing middle class.

Temperate security, modest discretionary income, legitimate dreams of ascension …. the boring bromides of the petty bourgeois …. at least allow for laboratories of education, thought, debate, open eyes to come to fore, to flourish.

Free time and available meals and roofs allow some folk to look for other avenues than survival and hunger.

Countries don’t prosper and become open and/ or tolerant when all are only too afraid to give up what little standing they have.

A rising middle class serves not the prospects of those what got what they need and those what hate what is coming at ’em.

Rational policy says to keep em all down in the muck.

Since we are now officially all just part of one big gl0bal whole …. one big snow globe of a cohesive , interdependent, web of connected and connected humanity ….. then we had best understand the paradigm shift that enables us to seem and be rich beyond all measure when noted, compared with our world system mates in any and all parts  known and unknown.  We got the goods.

Poor is the new rich and comparative value is the new in your face standard normal.  No great rush to help poor and disenfranchised simply because they are an illusion. …. a sham ….. The mean, median, mean poor slob of a loser here in these United States is a king among all other gentry.  The poor and destitute are noblemen of standard means.

The world is a good place.

There is always another poor desperate sucker out there to take less just to survive.

Its out.   Among the fact that the rich rich are perfect and the only ones capable of advancing in the from God unrigged and holy, mostly  good, saintly capitalist system of ours  …..  the one that comes from specifically from the lord God unbridled and with the full consent of its losers…. labor is cheap because of the competition ….. there is always another poor desperate sucker out there to take less just to survive.

Unions are organized labor …. the competition of the peasants becomes then negotiations with organized concerns rather then just the picking from the mother load of peasants there for the use as seen fit.

Once an organized concern …. unions, can, of course, be as corrupt as the bums they’re fighting  …. but then it is a corruption of semi equals  …… one that frays around the edges, makes everyone hate everyone, makes one set of goons go after the other set … but at least holds off monopoly of either capital or labor.

“The state rests upon the acquiescence of the poor.”  Capitalism as a system does as well.  When the numbers make too many losers unhappy capitalism need only go to thugs and private police, police of the state to keep it pure.  The n numbers game is a tricky one.  Sustainability, not auras from God make the world go round.

The business model of these United States

And when there are no jobs for the masses and everything is efficient and cheap as the grand trends of technological prowess and little use for the labor or the thinking of the regular regular guy comes to pass ….. and when those who may benefit tout the changes … promise worlds of wonder ….. reap the benefits of the forces they push, see and love … as those same wish to ride and direct said forces, implement a good solid business model ….  cheer as the dull, stiff, stifling, dreary business model of these United States just goes on and on and on …. the oligarchical political models of these United States just go on and on ….

Any pragmatic wished for wistful, dreaming, cherishing, planning for the ghosts of a phantom and chimeras vibrant middle class amongst the happy little  foul manipulators, power players, would be oligarchs and fascists ….. tis a task for the  dead, the dreamers and schemers and foolish unethical drones who wish to spread the wealth, undo the cornering of the survival markets …. mock those worthy to be  mocked, dropped, fought, discredited ….

Concentrations of power and control of assets, movement, wealth distribution need stand firm and tall and free.

The future belongs to the game and those who can game it.

Now that everybody loves the poor and hates poverty and doesn’t like people not working, just fading away and freezing ….. we can just wring our little hands and our seeping crying towels as we just never never never let nothing get done to revamp our little world and solve any problems of these poor unfortunate losers in god’s special lottery for the deserving.

Anti intellectualism, oligarchy, whip hands and feelings of being a poor, poor put upon hard working, sensationally pure and pristine comatose majority of heaven sent bashers and well wishers ….. this is the holy city on the hill … the self image of the most pure and righteous of Americans as they toil in their fields and vineyards of cry babying and festering dislike ……   while they push forward the envelope to constantly take power and powers from those that don’t deserve it and constantly give power and powers to those that do.

We need to set the stage right so that the right kind of people, the right kind of government can take over the right kind of game and meet out the right kind of proper redress to /and form the right kind of proper caste system.

Absent an all out assault upon entrenched rancid defenders of the old archaic, devalued order of powers stolen from their rightful owners then slowly putting the frog of illusory protections from scum into the fires of slick assed slogans and fanciful hates will allow heaven to triumph and the right boots to be heeled upon the right throats.
