Small government. Big Government. Public money. Private money. People starving. People not starving. Helping a neighbor out of the goodness of ones heart. Helping a neighbor out of the largess of public policy. Spending for this. Spending for that. Buying this. Buying that. Demand for goods. Demand for services. Satisfying demand. Nurturing demand.

In the end that for which there is demand for gets dealt with. That for which there is demand for gets approached and , with varying degrees of success, gets attention. In the end the efficiencies of the market work extremely well where they work extremely well. The grand public panorama of effective government handles things that are beyond the scope of capitalist incentive….beyond the vagueries and whims of the decision makers and power brokers in a competitive market place.

Safety nets in society bind us together. Mass poverty and illness are in no ones interest save those who envision a different world…..one of only corporate sanctioned winners.

In the end there are rational, common sense needs of a civilized world. There are rational, civilized needs for checks and balances, protections from those who may act in their own best interests in no others. There are lines that should never be crossed when seeking a just and fair world. There are certain truths that are implied in the social contract of any society…..change those truths and the society is no longer a harmonic whole.

In the end, if there is a common purpose and a common identity and common interests things sorted out come from the same pie…….You pay one way or the other. In the end the viscous battle are between those who wish the power to dictate.

We all love the hard charging bastions of faith and practitioners of principle. Those of principle are hard to find….they are special and they need to be encouraged to keep their purity. It matters not whether or not their principles are well thought out, are the results of deep soul searching and a quest for understanding and enlightenment…principles are sacred and principles are what defines a true, honest man or woman of special ethical rank and privilege. It a principled thing to be principled.

When dealing with principles it is never right to question motives or analysis. It must be taken as rote that the true premises upon which the edifices of and towers of certain integral truths are built are premises worth having, worth promoting, worth seeking to use to enslave others not so enlightened. It is impolitic and impolite to mention that many monsters of history were also true to their principles…except, sadly, those principles didn’t do well by their many unfortunates in opposition.

In vaunted democracy is it principled to honor the dictates of conflicting ideas working their way through the scrutinies of time and effort or is it principled to declare oneself the messiah of thoughts who knows well enough the dictates of God and hell….. who knows well enough that the principles of ones adversaries are spawns of a corrupting devil.

Our true principled wonders…our new saviors everywhere of grand and rancid morality…… sell always the sizzle not the steak…. sell the holiness, not the idea. Who could argue with principled martyrs? Another last bastion of worthless scoundrels.

People stand for and pay for the distribution of many great and sundry ideas. There is a swaggering girth of money needed to sell lameness inchoate to a feckless public and there are never far too little hands who want a piece of that overheated pie.

Messages sent. Propaganda laid clean. Crap pulled out from dead burnt out issues and traps and there is the need for more always more….more lies, false transparencies, salves, hate supporting self righteous approving gut wrenching blather.

A nation of fools and suckers. Cry baby cry. Weep only for those who buy us wholesale. Weep never instead about the product, our dear little selves, being up for sale in the first place. We get bought always because we can get bought. We get bought always because we we are cheap and tawdry and vacant of judgement. Take the spins, the stories, the abundant pap and bullying and grovel well at the feet of those who will give you dirt to eat, rancid air to breathe, empty seductions to take seriously.

Be broken, owned, bought, sold and prosper. Owners don’t buy nothing for something. They buy value. They buy whats up for sale or they coerce the sale well. Be a dumb bastard that smarmy bastards are will to spend vulgar amounts of vulgarity to own.

Just a gigolo and the pimp…. the princess and the madame….and all the lame damned fools who fall for them, cede to them, bow at the feet of them so damned often, so damned wisely and so damned well.

Elections are for suckers. Listening is for the self loathing.

Sometimes you see a dance step you’ve seen a thousand times before and its just a damned dance step. Sometimes you a dance step you’ve seen a thousand times before and its a damned whirlwind of warped motion and preening vapors. Sometime things go bump in the night and sometimes things get so that one more dollop of the same old same old can cause one to tremble with the bends and have seizures of anguish at the thought.

How useless is useless. The first best scourge of the emissaries from hell is prefabricated noxious sounds that makes spectators dirty and creepy when forced to be in any close proximity…… the automatons of political sneering scare away all known intelligent life.

Nimble minds please nimble feet and nimble feet retrieve phantom futures. Our America means hard knocks and tough brawling; means no crying, no self pity, no banality; a tough country but a hard one. Freedom means earn it day after day. Freedom to be of stern stuff and bold charity… not for show, not for value.

The deft secure hard put interests of survival through the eye of a needle. The passionately frugal must be preserved. We fight for real things. We do.

What checks do unfettered capitalists see as valid checks upon unfettered capitalists? What state intrusions upon functioning businesses are seen as too much state intrusions upon functioning businesses by the standard bearers of state protection? Protect the individual from the all encompassing state, protect the individual from the strangling tentacles of self serving business? Of the partisans, hear no evil…see no evil….the magic mirrors of the faithful reflect only beauty. All trust is true trust.

People wonder. Support those who work against their own interests? Threats to Labor’s protection see it melting away with the toxic wastes of the viral abusers. The dictation of policy and rules and turning employers and managers into employees comes hard charging and virulent. Freedom to prosper as one wishes brings the need for paid help and competition sets the rate for needed good help. Do good… need and must pay for good….unless it don’t. Work hard and contribute skills and energies upon which talents and work ethic rest and be not valued but seen as a replicable, replaceable commodity…an undesirable temporarily necessary business evil, expense. Why trust foreign bastards from far away places like Wisconsin, Oklahoma, San Francisco, Arizona, Chicago, Florida , Alabama? Why not tariff goods from state to state? Why not sneer at states that don’t run the system to protect their rights to be pure and secure? Why not just give the whole damned thing up, pack in the tents, find friends in far away places like Uzbekistan, France, Sweden, the DAR?
