Should power go to those who understand a structured society, one with a place for every loser, a boss or set of bosses for every rung on the ladder?
Should power go to a society full with valuable strivers who just know that evil lurks in machinations of success and the developments of an order drawn from a market place of idea and economic values?
Power goes where its practitioners take it. It is inhibited by those who find a way to diminish it, tame it, oppose it. It is value neutral. It is there to be managed.
